Let us look closer at the water heater. Look new pipes to the left & many chunks of asbestos on top of the water tank from the old pipes wrapping that was removed, and look at the pipes ends that are not wrapped correctly to stop asbestos exposure!  Were is the asbestos abatement prior to repairs and why is asbestos debris everywhere? Who was the Asbestos inspector prior to the repairs?
