Asbestos pipes and pieces from the boiler room repairs were being illegally smuggled out of Madison School building on the main dock conveyer belt, this is the same belt used to transport the children's food into the building/kitchen!

While in Dec./06 and Jan./07 Jefferson Elementary School was  hauling asbestos pieces and parts down the hallways (read violation)  during class hours and contaminating the School and poisoning the children, and Mr. Farbotnik was complaining to the MCS School Board and Mr. Doug Huntley about Jefferson School and the MCS was lying about it to the public and press,  the facts are more that much illegal asbestos activity was going down at Madison School!

Yes that is rightat Madison School, MCS persons were  secretly busy repairing asbestos pipes and illegally removing asbestos without an abatement as required by law, then thereafter illegally dumping the asbestos debris !  As the story goes,  just before the March/07 School's spring  break at Madison School, a concerned person  called into the MCS, and the person was told that "nothing was happening with asbestos at Madison School".   The person who was "afraid of the MCS's Administration because  of prior mistreatment by the MCS" and "aware of the MCS retaliation tactics",  so the person contacted www.truenewsusa.com at the HOTLINE for support and help, and many pictures were taken.  The many pictures and other materials, were supplied directly to The United States Attorney's Office   (Craig A. Benedict)  via a US Marshal.  Unfortunately because of pending and upcoming lawsuits, we are limited in showing or saying more. To protect your rights,  or if you want to know more about all of this, and/or if your child was affected, maybe you should first contact The United States Attorney at (315)-448-0672 and maybe file a FOIL  (Freedom Of Information Letter), and maybe you secondly ask some questions to MCS Superintendent Mr. Doug Huntley at (315)-764-3700 and contact the MCS School Board, then contact the Regional Office of the Attorney General (315) -785-2444, then contact a good lawyer to protect your child's rights!
