WAR  DECLARED!

    HISTORY-2008  is being written today! March/31/2008 The new Queen sat upon her padded throne,  surrounded by her loyal subordinates at the adjoined tables. Strong men in plain suited clothing armed with concealed guns attended and loomed at the door's entrance, and their Captain,  of this guard sat in audience of attendance.  A Court Judge highest of legal ability and caliber sat in attendance too, hired by the Queen with the peoples tax dollars, to oversee the queens rights were protected over that of the legal rights of the common people.  Then a respectable loyal subject, a well known good citizen of the community came forward before the Queen to address an important grievance of the people, with only a holy bible, some law books, papers and pictures in his hands.  The good citizen tried to talk very politely to the Queen on the throne, and show pictures and new evidence that since year 2001 as much as 2800 (or more) innocent children now under her control,  and now subjects of her rule, had been poisoned and harmed, by the hands of  the agents/employees that she now controls.   The Queen immediately turned deaf ears and would not even listen to, or look at  the new evidence that innocent children were poisoned and harmed by her agents. In a royally rude uncaring icy arrogant manner, the new Queen  spewed out the words "redundant….redundant…many times, I don't want to hear it"  and in an over powering tone, cutting the citizen's words off.  Then the Queen on the throne ordered the polite speaking citizen to be silent or else, or she would have the good citizen removed by force.  The good citizen with only bible, law books, and picture evidence in hand stood down under duress  from the nasty Queen's threats of  force. The Queen's words were strong and she was ready to use her plain clothed soldiers, armed with firearms beneath their gleaming suited clothing,  standing by and ready to use deadly force!  It was clear by the royal actions of the new Queen,  that she was prepared for war, and declaring war against truth, against the good citizens under her rule, and that the Queen cared only of  her own needs,  and not the innocent children!  Power corrupts and absolute power destroys!
   Outrageous! Where did this terrible thing happen? What country?   What kind of  horrid place  allows the heinous crime of 2800 (or more) innocent children to be poisoned with a deadly substance that has no cure?  Then cover-ups? What kind of place silences citizens with no right to speak the truth?    What kind of dictatorship government uses armed force against unarmed good citizens with only a bible, law books, and picture evidence as defense?  Is it Cuba?  Is it communists RUSSIA?  Nazi Germany?   The Monarchy of Iraq ?  Is it maybe Massena New York in the United States?  If you guessed Massena New York you will be correct! Outrageous!
        Yes it is true! This all took place on March/31/2008 in Massena New York, at a New York MCS School Board Meeting, ruled over by Mrs. Julie Regan the new School Board director,  who had carefully manipulated an orchestration of these events, by requesting the emplacement of special officers (armed) ready to remove or harm Mr. Farbotnik upon her whim/command when Mr. Farbotnik tried to lawfully present the new true evidence that the MCS does not want the public to know of, and also within this great orchestration retained the highest caliber legal protection Judge Mr. Eric Gustafson as her personnel MCS attorney for protection.  Yes, all of the police's overtime, and the hiring of the Village Judge as a  lawyer comes out of your hard earned tax dollars! MCS now hiring more lawyers?  Armed undercover officers at the MCS meetings?  What is really going on?!
 Protection from what?  Protection from Mr. James Farbotnik a simple local businessman and father with 4 small children that are effected by the deadly school asbestos, this man Farbotnik holding a bible and law books, a man who has true evidence, and pictures,  that the MCS knowingly,  in a conspiracy violated the laws of both man and God!   Why did Mr. Farbotnik bring a bible to the School Board Meeting? The bible says  "thou shall not kill"  yet  Julie Regan and the Board members who entwined with Mr. Doug Huntley as Superintendent of the MCS, bear soul responsibility for the School building's safety under the laws of man and God, and since 2001 have allowed at least 2800 children (or more) to be exposed/poisoned with this deadly asbestos that was illegally remove in a non careful manner many times over the past 7 years, factually contaminating at least three (3) MCS schools, which will result in premature deaths of many children and many teachers (a death sentence)!  Wherefore,  the 6^th commandment of God was broken and these persons in conspiracy have knowingly and wrongfully pre-sentenced death onto others which is the same as to kill!  The Bible says "Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor", yet the MCS and their agents have repeated lies to us and the law, as witnesses against my true word of the asbestos poisoning of the Massena children, and teachers, and other employees! Outrageously, only one little guys in the MCS command, Mr. Ben Gladding was convicted of  first bearing false witness (perjury) and convicted , and also unlawful asbestos removal and disposal of the asbestos and convicted!  Yes, this is a heinous crime that will result in deaths of some of our children in Massena!
       Outrageous!  Too hard to believe it happened in America?  WAKE UP MASSENA  we got it all on video tape AND MORE !  We even know where some of the unlawfully removed asbestos was dumped locally!  Therefore, since war against truth has been declared in this matter by the MCS, all the facts that the MCS did not want publicly presented at the MCS meeting will now be posted on the internet . You be the Judge! Also, the MCS March/31/2008 meeting , and the conduct of Mrs. Julie Regan  will be aired on the internet at www.truenewsusa.com  this Saturday April/05/2008,  and this letter is being mailed to every news media in the United States, and of course the ACLU!  THE WAR FOR TRUTH IS OFFICIALLY DECLARED !  We are writing history today for our children to read in the schools of the tomorrows to come. Get this straight to you Mrs. Julie Regan, all of you MCS murders of  children, you will never silence me, the witnesses,  or the truth, that is a promise.  Our growing parents information website is growing with over 100,000 viewers a day, the contents of the asbestos cover-up will be posted for the next 50 years,  for the next generation to read, and to understand what you all did to them.  Repent?  The commandments of God have been broken, be forwarded of the sins you committed against Gods and his children, these will not be forgotten either.
       One last thought in closing. Don't blame the Massena Police for their armed attendance at this School Board meeting.  They are only doing their jobs, and they do understand that some of their children, and their relatives children are victims too,  and will be dieing early from the MCS school's asbestos cover-up. How do I know so much about asbestos deaths?  To all of you MCS supporters who made those nasty comments recently about "why my wife stopped coming to the MCS School Board Meetings", implying she did not care or support the issues. You are wrong! I will now break the silence,  let it be known, my wife's mother (my children's grandmother) did work in the same type of unwarned asbestos exposures as did the respected  Mrs. Lori Cope here in Massena (employee of MCS).  My Wife's Mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer only 8 months ago from the wrongful exposure to asbestos, unprotected clean-ups of industry related sweeping,  including asbestos floor tile removals.   My wife's mother suffered very much and died at age only 63,  a very painful death, a day at a time, and dieing just on the night before the MCS March/31/08 meeting . Furthermore my wife's father dies of the same asbestos related cancer about 4 years prior! What does that tell you? Asbestos is Deadly, I and my family know first hand, so don't underestimate it!
