Hello True News USA,

         I have a Masters Degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry. I was a teacher at a University in Southern United States. Now I am a MD and I have my own practice, but I am ready to retire. I am getting old and not happy with the changes in the world that I see.

        I have read most of your True News Website about the asbestos problem in your local schools. I was impressed with the amount of pictures, and documentation, including the material that exposed the School Administration defrauding the public.  You must be in a small town with poor government. I send my sympathy.  I do not know if you are aware of it or not, but this is a problem across the entire United States.  I stumbled onto your website while doing some research on a somewhat related matter.  I would like to get the message to Mr. Farbotnik that the Asbestos cover-up is more involved than he may be aware of.  The United States Government has been suppressing the truth about the asbestos in United States schools and the real dangers,  in the same manner that the United States Government covered up the harmfulness to the public concerning tobacco products, and children exposed to the tobacco smoke, for over 50 years!  My research, and the research of others in my field, has been fully supplied to the powers in government . 

    If the children are exposed today to asbestos, the complications, can be expected to surface in the same manner as the smokers of yesteryear. The biochemical changes in the human body change with ageing, whereupon, and the defenses of the body weaken, the problems begin.  You are what the environment around you and consumption of elements, including food and drink, that changes you into.  In simpler terms,  like tobacco smokers,  your exposed children will not generate symptoms immediately. Symptoms can take years, or maybe no symptoms at all, until the matter is terminal.  Asbestos is not just breathed into the lungs, the wet saliva absorbs the asbestos, then transfers the asbestos into the stomach, through the body, and the fiber can become lodged in many areas. Asbestos amount, less than a gram (about a finger's pinch full) if inhaled or ingested asbestos is enough to kill a person many years later!  If your child complains of  breathing problems or shortness of breath this will be a concern, and if your child complains of internal pains or problems, this could be a related concern too. As an MD I am not allowed to give a blanketed diagnoses. At the first signs of problems with your exposed child, whether respiratory or internal, get your child to a specialist, and be sure that the specialist is aware of the asbestos too. I am a doctor not a politician. It appears that somewhere within the structure of our economy,  that chosen persons are profiting  in relation to the asbestos, that seems to never be fully removed from the schools and other buildings, that receive recurring federal funding. If  I was the president in control of this country, I would of enforced the removal of all asbestos, lead, formaldehyde, and other toxic materials out of the schools back in the 1960's.  Maybe you can get the message to Mr. Farbotnik to post this letter on his website.
