This page is dedicated in remembrance to my  father  the great JOHN FARBOTNIK  Born May/20/1925, died March/23/1998. United States Air Force Pilot WWII  Veteran.  Then became World Champion Athlete representative   for the  United States.

My father was a  great man who helped many millions of people find a greater life through good heath and exercise. As a child you can not pick your parents, but I was most fortunate that the good Lord gave me a great farther and mother. 

As a child looking through children's eyes you only see your parents as just parents, and not as others see your parents, like as "world famous".  It was tough as a child growing-up with a world famous father, because of media, government, traveling, and other things. Yes, it was a very broad educational experience, and I learned a lot! The traveling was great, and many of people I met still stay in contact.

As I grew-up I realized that my father was a very well loved man, that the whole world admired, because JOHN FARBOTNIK was not just a great athlete, but he was one of the smartest, and kindest and honest persons ever, and stood for honor! But for those who challenged JOHN FARBOTNIK, they surly found out not to mistake his great strength as a lack of intelligence, or his kindness as a weakness.  I THANK MY FATHER FOR PASSING ON HIS KINDNESS , WISDOM, AND STRENGTHS ONTO ME, AND ESPECIALLY FOR IMPRESSING ONTO ME THAT THE GOOD CHANGES IN THE WORLD ARE DONE BY THOSE WHO STAND-UP STRONG AGAINST RIGHT AND WRONG!
