JACQUE  BREAULT in the Town of Massena was caught again, in the act of a major TOXIC MANURE spill on HWY-37C OVER ONE MILE LONG!! 

Hot Summer weather in the 90's and TOXIC LIQUID MANURE SPILLS  a mile or more long are a common problem along State Hwy 37C.  Clean-up is done by HWY Dept  at taxpayers expense!  Many neighbors complain to authorities but nothing has been done to stop the problems!


THIS IS WHY "THE TOWN OF MASSENA HWY 37C STINKS ALL OF THE TIME!"
