Greetings Friends and Neighbors,

This letter is to notify you of the Massena Town Hall meeting on Dec./17/2008 at 5:30 PM the issues of "toxic liquid manure spraying" is on the agenda. True News USA has now posted much more material on our website www.truenewsusa.com, true facts, including "Health Impacts",  Dr. Kilburns diagnoses,  also explanation of what this noxious and toxic "Hydrogen Sulfide" is within the liquid manure , and how the toxic material "Hydrogen Sulfide" causes "brain damage"  and "other severe health problems". Has the government been covering it up, or is the general public not properly informed?  Read the website and find out just how much. How harmful is "Bio-Sludge" & "liquid manure"?

As residents of the Town of Massena on Hwy 37C, or Larue Rd., you are aware, there is now a problem of noxious and toxic liquid manure spraying in this area 3 times a year.  This toxic liquid manure pit came into this area last year without proper health hazard notification to residents,  and without a chance for families with children, to voice health concerns in response. What is wrong here? You as American's under the specific rights of State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to the Constitution of The United States, New York State Constitution Article-I section 11, wherefore you equal protection under law, per se you have the lawful right to peaceful enjoyment of your property, unencumbered by the intruding actions of others.

Our news research team has spoken to different levels of government, and found out that 44 States are now in the process of protecting the public from the current health hazards related to toxic liquid manure emissions.  These laws and ordinances protects the rights and health of the public. Our local government needs to act accordingly.   Monroe Township corrected their problem with implantation of the
"Monroe County Noxious Agricultural Odors Ordinance".

Last week, I  spoke  to Massena Town Supervisor Mr. Gary Edwards several times, and I have supplied materials on this matter for his review.   Massena Town Supervisor Mr. Gary Edwards seemed very sincere to the fact that there is a problem and that he does want to help the residents of the Town of Massena.  Respectfully, put forward within this conversation was that "The strength of your government depends on the support of the citizens" .  This means your Town Supervisor Mr. Gary Edwards
needs you to attend this  Town Hall meeting, now rescheduled  to Dec/17/2008,  give a show of hands, and to please voice your words too.  Please come, don't be shy to say what needs to be said.  The Greatness of America was built by the strong, the proud, and the brave!

                     Sincerely & best wishes
