Attention taxpayers: How many persons are on the money take? What do we mean?  At the Jefferson School April/19/2007 asbestos awareness meeting we were told that  "Benier & Carr"   is paid to do all of the MCS asbestos jobs because  "they were hired as the best there is", and have been doing the jobs for the MCS for about 10 years now. But now from our investigation and this permit we learn that this  tiny company of Benier and Carr do not have their own team , they subcontract the job out to the  "lowest bidders"  and then they put a good handful of Massena's Tax payers money in their pockets as a reward for their smooth talking PR reps! Then sub-contract the asbestos job out as cheap as possible and pocket their fees?   Last time  they got Hygeia, but  Hygeia  just got busted by the law!  Looks like this time it was  AmerSci  in New York City  who is the  lowest bidder  ,   and then puts a handful of Massena's tax money in their pocket. Who is AmerSci? We are investigating it right now! Then AmerSci   lowest bidder   links to "A.A.C.  Contracting"  from Rochester New York who hires some cheap labors to come in to do the Job! Our investigative report tells us it was all done by some old fat dude in a suit & tie and  three young guys in old blue jeans, young guys like just out of high school . Who is "A.A.C.  Contracting"  We are investigating it right now! Your Massena tax dollar money changes hands with so many suit & tie guys before the Job is actually done, that only the some pocket change goes to the actual poor labor workers in old blue jeans!

FOR THE RECORD: Please note that in Jan./08/2007 at Jefferson School it was "Hygeia in Utica NY"  in which the MCS Mr. Doug Huntley hired,  with the help of  Benier & Carr,  responsible for sub-contracted the job out to lowest bidder... not the best.  News Bulletin!!!   Hygeia's employees &  "Michael Cofini" 32 years old just plead guilty and is facing fines of $100,000.00 and JAIL TIME  as of  Jan/08/2007  for falsifying the asbestos records on the asbestos removal at Clough  Elementary School in Rome NY !!!    How many kid's parents even know this?
