QUICK REVIEW OF FACTS: On April/19/2007 Jefferson School received an "ASBESTOS POSITIVE"  swipe test in one of the classrooms.  On April/23/2007 Jefferson School was closed down.  On April/26/2007 the MCS told the public that Jefferson School passed all of the Air Test done and that the school was now safe for the children.

Although the MCS used the NY States Labor Codes which allows them to do only "air testing",  what the MCS failed to tell you was that the MCS did only "STATIC" air testing instead of aggressive air testing that was suppose to be done! What is the difference?  Static air testing is supposed to be done on  rooms that just had the asbestos removed, and on rooms that the asbestos dust is still active!  "Static" air testing is not suppose to be applied on rooms that have been shut down for several days!  That is exactly what the MCS did, the 125 classrooms were shut down, so that the asbestos dust would settle, then without disturbing the asbestos dust that had settled on the surface areas and children's books, and stuff.  By using static air testing only, the MCS manipulated the testing so that they could get a "Negative" results in classrooms that would have had a "positive" for asbestos if the right type of air testing was done!                  At the first School Board meeting after Jefferson School was reopened, Mr. James Farbotnik ask the MCS "what kind of air testing was done?" and the School Board member vice president Mr. Tony Ditullio and Mr. Doug Huntley specifically told James Farbotnik that "aggressive air testing was done", and even explained as what this was, and how it was done.  This School Board meeting was video taped and we intend to have this aired live for you real soon! We have proof that they both lied!

          We now have a letter from Atlantic Testing that confirms  that only "Static  Air" testing was done in the 125 rooms, and that means that Mr. Doug Huntley and Mr. Tony Ditullio  are  liars, and we have it on film!  Wherefore, at the May/21/2007 school board meeting, Mr. James Farbotnik  publicly confronted Tony Ditullio with the fact that the MCS and MR. Tony Ditullio lied, and that only "STATIC" testing was done!  The conclusion was that Tony Ditullio shrugged it off as so what if  he (Tony Ditullio) lied, and challenged Mr. James Farbotnik as what are you going to do about it.  The Attorney General will be notified in writing and a video for support supplied!

     WAKE UP MASSENA!   If a public official is caught defrauding the public, deceiving/lying to the public, that it is a CRIME,  punishable by law! 

     BUT WHAT IS CRIMINAL,  IS THAT THE CHILDREN WERE REPLACED INTO CLASSROOMS THAT HAVE ASBESTOS,  AND THESE CLASSROOMS WERE NOT PROPERLY TESTED! 

    MR. JAMES FARBOTNIK TOLD THE MCS AND THE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS "PLEASE STOP KILLING THE CHILDREN' AND "QUIT LYING TO THE PARENTS AND PUBLIC!"
