The above was reported the Times: "Mr. Greenhalgh said that while lever-type voting machines could have their counts rigged only machine by machine, and happens quit often, and it is actually very easy to rig them, counting votes by computer without a paper count is just as easy to rig an election, and has been done successfully, even at many central voting site in most counties, including the United States." Bribes, rigging voting machines, and political corruption is common too! UNFORTUNATELY MOST AMERICANS ARE TOO LIKE SHEEP AND OTHER ARE TOO STUPID TO FIGHT BACK, THAT IS HOW THE CORRUPT LOCAL AND OTHER OFFICIAL GET AWAY WITH IT!
In 1999 the corrupt Bill Culp pled guilty to accepting bribes and was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison, in his part in election fraud.
However, just as in the case of convicted Louisiana Commissioner of Elections Jerry Fowler, who served a five-year term in federal prison for taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in kickbacks from election company Sequoia Pacific, no voting machine executives were ever convicted of wrongdoing. Isn't that amazing?
In Louisiana, Pasquale "Rocco" Ricci, identified as an "independent contractor" for Sequoia Pacific, was convicted of bribing Mr. Fowler for a period of over a decade. For his crime, Ricci got only a year! What did Ricci get as a sentence for bribing of Sequoia Pacific ? Ricci got only a year of home detention! OUTRAGEOUS !!!
