It is easy to defraud the voting public. First you find what type of old style voting machine is easiest to rig. Then you deceive the public by leading them to believe at the Town Board Meetings that you are buying newest and  best voting machines, to insure an honest election. Then without telling the public you do not buy from  the voting machine  manufacture , but you find a second party seller of used and old voting machines.  Yes voters,  you have been scammed.  This is an official document invoice! We checked the serial numbers and we contacted the real manufacture of the voting machine. In 1999  your town representatives bought a 22 year old model voting machine, it was a 1972 refurbished unit!  Why wasn't an updated new style 1999 voting machine bought in 1999 with your hard earned Massena tax dollars? Fraud!? Easy answer, the  old style 1972 voting machine was abandon by the other communities because it is easy to rig an election with!
