On Aug./04/2009, at about 2:00 PM, during a traffic stop, where the child's father was arrested without affirmed cause, because the father was allegedly driving a farm tractor on a State Hwy, a NY State Trooper Rookie "Brian Coakley" physically assaulted this innocent 10 year old boy! Then NY State Trooper Rookie  "Brian Coakley"  aggressively went after the child, slapping the scared crying child, causing the child to flee into the traffic on the busy State Hwy 37c, whereupon thereafter the 10 year old child ran over a mile home. But the NY State Trooper Rookie  "Brian Coakley" nor any State Trooper thereafter,  made any attempt to insure that the young child made it home safely.  Sources have identified to us that the 10 year old child boy ran home to his home, his mother was not home,  the child gained entry into his home, and hide under the bed crying until about 8:00 PM when his mother came home.

The mother of the child went down to make complaint to the NY State Trooper's Massena Barracks, but Sergeant Paduano "refused to take a complaint against one of his own officers for misconduct".  The conduct of cover-up,  by Sergeant Paduano is outrageous!

Phoned in complains have now been made by both parents, to the NY State Trooper's Head Office at 518-897-2000.  NY State Trooper Major Smith's office is aware of the problem, and  direct contact was made with the new Administrative Captain Michael Girard. As to date of this web posting no reply has be received by NY State Trooper's Head office.

My Name is Neil Farbotnik, and my friends call me Neil Farbo. I am 9 years old in grade 4. I a straight A+ student (96+ average) and won two special awards in school this month. I am very smart and  I am not easily fooled like some kids.  I listened very carefully to the arguments and speech by  DARREL AUBERTINE. I felt that Darrell Aubertine's words reached-out with true interest to world needs today an especially to the children and educational needs to today, and with foresight to the needs of the children for the tomorrows to come!  Darrell Aubertine stopped from everything and took the time to speak with me, my family, and other children. I would encourage my friends to have their mothers and father vote for Darrell Aubertine.  We need a strong honest leader as our State Senator.  If I could vote,  Darrell Aubertine has my vote! When I grow-up I will try to be a great person like Darrell Aubertine, and help my country.
